God yesh, This Tidal wave stuff happening in Indonesia/India/Thailand is terrible. Just goes to show that when you let your guard down and think everything is ok in the world, the world turns around and shows us whose boss.

Yer I've been reading all the stories about it on bbc.co.uk and smh.com.au, and almost every time I read an article I end up getting all teary and shit. It's just so... devastating? I don't think I know a word strong enough to express what's happened or how it makes me feel.
