Ok so I think I am starting to get financial management under control, I've gone from thinking it could be a lost cause to there being some hope that I will turn up on Wednesday and will remember at least some of the formulas and the processes on how to do some things.
However I'm yet to get really started on my contract law stuff and at the moment I am feeling total despair towards doing the exam. I feel like I'm going to turn up on Thursday morning and will hardly remember an cases or what the hell I'll be trying to get across in the questions. I'm going to get really stuck into it tonight so maybe by tomorrow I will not think all is lost, fingers crossed.

Joli your summaries are helpful! I've had a quick read and I think i'll find some of it useful, you guys use a lot more cases than us (that is to be expected I guess) and maybe of a more general "Australian" nature (we tend to use Victorian cases for some things). Still they are very much worth a read! Thanks!
